The Holly Bush in Redbourn
The Holly Bush truly is a traditional English country pub that remains true to the 'heart of the community' ethos, a popular social gathering place for villagers and visitors alike that is well worth visiting. Explore the many lovely country walks that can start and end from our premises.
A hidden gem near St Albans...
The Hollybush serves a fine selection of beers, wines, spirits and soft drinks, all supported by an extensive menu of homemade food, majoring on traditional pub favourites, supplemented by some of our own specialties which people travel miles to enjoy!
Our hugely popular Sunday Roasts continue to be a weekly highlight, as do our lunchtime jazz sessions (every Wednesday and twice per month on a Friday). On a Saturday you can even enjoy a full cooked breakfast, so whichever day you visit us you should never leave hungry!
Our Darts team is doing well in the St Albans Darts League and our visiting Clubs and Associations have increased in recent years with four U3A groups amongst them (Quizzers, Cribbers, Historians and Music lovers!) and Redbourn Folk Club continue to use our Old School Room to host their Wednesday meetings each week.
Whether to attend one of our events, or just to enjoy a quiet drink or meal in lovely surroundings you will be assured of a warm welcome!
